We had an amazing stay!!!! We stayed 11/17 & 11/18/17. I let them know in advance that we were staying for my husband's 30th Birthday and Marine Corp Ball. They put us on the 13th floor. We began with Valet Parking. It started with Floren whom checked us in at the front desk. Everyone we encountered was polite, patient and friendly. We got to our room and it was perfect! My favorite Casino Bar None!! The Atmosphere is electric and its staff truly amazing!! A Gem of the Beautiful City of Detroit for sure!!
Service and staff was great. Valet service was stellar. Location was good. Not thrilled with the layout of the place. I would stay there again
The service was A1 but our room was cold, even after we turned the heat up to 80°. Our carpet was dirty, it definitely needed a shampoo immediately. Our pillows were old and nasty. I thought we were in a 1 star motel not a 5 star hotel. I worked in the customer service industry for 25 years and I paid the price with my back and health so when I saw for the 3rd time being in this establishment that the workers were made to stand on a concrete floor without a shock absorber pad, I was appalled. I HAD THE BESTEST TIME EVER AT THE SEAFOOD BUFFET ����
Horrible smoke. Didn't realize they still let people smoke indoors. So we left after 20 min. And let the smokers rule.
I want to the 90's concert yesterday and it was really nice!! But when I went to get a drink the bartender was so rude to us!! I don't think I would be back I spent to much money to be treated like that 😓
