Our daughter is a patient at the nearby Karmonas Cancer Center, we stayed at Motor City because they have a shuttle to the center. We have only had good experiences, our rooms have been very nice & clean, food good no complaints. Casino taking our $ , but, we never win, we expected that
Recently stayed here for the night. Was not impressed, Room was dirty with hair and stains in the bathroom. Carpet all stained and dirty. Wallpaper and molding falling off. Mostly they charged me $265 for the room when it was on a corporate account that was supposedly discounted to $170. MGM has more to offer with clean and beautiful room.
It is very dirty people are very rude customer service sucks and you never win there
Overall experience was good. Room and furniture showing some wear and tear. No remote for the TV. Didn't care too much about the remote because I don't go to watch TV, but we mentioned it at check out. I just felt that for $200+ a night the wear on the furniture should be fixed or replaced. I would go again. Shuttle driver to LCA was awesome!!
We where actually at the bar watching the band play. We went Friday nite and had so much fun with them we had to do another night. The name of the band is Dane Anthony 5 white guys that where actually better then the black r&b band that followed them Saturday night!
Good place to stay. Entertaining, pretty good food good diverse crowd of people
Room and spa was amazing! Staff very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed my first stay. I will be back!!
I still have ill feelings with them telling me I smoked in the room when I don't even smoke... now I can't get another room unless I pay $250 fine which will never happen!!!
