Grand River Deli has poor service. Took over a half hour to receive order. Took unsatisifactory food back and waited almost twenty minutes for the right sandwich.

Had a great stay.. The staff was awesome. The room and bathroom was beautiful and clean. Very modern and up to date. Only one complaint: no microwave. Will definitely come back and recommend the MotorCity Casino Hotel to all my friends and family.
First time there, had tickets to the Jim Breur show. Room was ok, but not many outlets. Expensive. Food good at assembly line restaurant but expensive. Alcoholic drinks were $9 to $20 each. Come prepared to spend money. Oh yeah, went into the casino, I do not smoke, but the next morning smelling like an ashtray, and feeling like I chainsmoked a whole pack. Pillows on the bed were crap. Called for more, they never showed. You have been warned.
I like this Casio the best. Clean, safe, and a nice place to spend money.
The buffet was amazing. It was clean and everyone was polite.
Had a great stay. Disappointed with house keeping. I left a $100 pocket knife in the room and they say they didn't find it when I know i left it in the room. Buffet was amazing though.
I loved it. The hotel is beautiful and the entire staff is super friendly. I can't wait to stay again.
