The staff I dealt with were friendly. My problem comes whith no control of the shuttle and how things were handle. We got a room because of the shuttle and ended up taking a cab over the shuttle becsuse a fight broke out with the people in front of us and shuttle driver did nothing to help. I no longer felt safe taking a shuttle back had to get a taxi. I like the staff and entertainment, but I am a non smoker and I left smelling like smoke. Which is why I like MGM. Its no smoking or at least it doesn't smell like it at all. This was my first time back Sunday after 3 years. The ventilation system needs improvement.
Only people win is chinese,arabs,and any other foreign mofo who cone thru the door.. Black folks only winning 1 out of 100 times.. And the customer never right!
Pretty sleazy looking crowd here. Lots of ghetto clothing. Shady people roaming parking deck with hoodies tied tight. The building is beautiful but the clientele is not.
The motor City Casino hotel is a great place for Concert, live band entertainment at the bars, great food and restaurants, and the hotel rooms are awesome! They everything I need! Will be back again!

I would not recommend taking the free shuttle to the LCA, at least in the winter. Last night we waited 20 minutes and two buses finally showed up but quickly filled up. We were told another bus was three minutes away, that was not the case. After waiting fifteen minutes longer we decided to walk. It was a cold walk but we made it, a lot of others also walked. I understand it was nye and it was busy but those temperatures were dangerous to be standing around in. If I had known I would be walking I would have dressed warmer.
The food was fantastic at the buffet and enjoyed playing the new Ellen game❗️
