Transmission went out on my 2500 Hd work truck last Tuesday motor city understanding that this is how i make my living got the new tranny in and resolved a few other maintenance issues And got me back on the road in less than 5 working days. I cant thank the service department enough and my advisor Todd for the professional help and timely turn around.

We leased a Buick Verano 2 1/2 years ago and LOVE it! We also just got it serviced earlier in the week and Jeff was kind and over-the-top helpful. Out of five over the last 13 years, this is the ONLY dealership in Bakersfield that I'll return to in the future. Thanks for the great quality vehicle and the wonderful customer service guys!
We made an appointment the day before thanksgiving, the attendants were courteous and the young lady who checked us out was friendly.
My experience was perfect. I felt important. From the greeter to my service writer to the office, everyone was friendly, attentive and professional. I recommend using Motor City for all of your auto buying and service needs.
On the new car purchase, we were very pleased and praise both Mark Musleh and Oscar Salazar with the help on buying a new truck. However, we made a previous purchase on a used vehicle where we were steered toward a different vehicle because of the lower price, etc. Only to find out that this vehicle needed many items to be fixed and the dealership refused to fix anything and on top of that, when we told them what was wrong, they lied to us. Do not buy a used vehicle from them.
