Our appt was at 930, told our car would be ready at 1130. Here we sit, it's 1226. At around 1145 My husband inquired. He was informed, they are busy have not stated the tire rotation yet. Such poor customer service. We were not informed they are running late. We were repeat customers from Bear Valley.
Painless and by far the fastest, most knowledgable experience ever. They really want to make people happy and it shows.

Bought a grand cherokee from them, drove it home 3 hours and ended up having a problem with the AC. They came 220 miles away and loaded it on a flatbed and took it back to repair what needed to be repaired, then returned the vehicle just as they picked it up. Top notch service and not to mention the purchasing of the grand cherokee was a breeze. Will definitely drive the 3 hours to buy another vehicle from them
Was little bit of a line to be signed in for the maintenance service, but the work was done really quick. Was a pleasure dealing with all the service personnel at Motor City.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. My car was ready in less than an hour. Waiting area was nice and clean.
BE CAREFUL AT THIS PLACE! They are wolves in sheep skin. They lie, cheat, trick, and deceive. Be careful with the car you order and the one you actually recieve. It has been the worst experience ever. They make me literally sick. I refuse to go back to that place including on receiving the free stuff they offer, they can keep it!!!!!!!! I caught them red handed and I have the paperwork to prove it. In my personal opinion they are involved as a team to scam you. I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
