I took my 4th (and sadly, last) Saturn in Monday afternoon, hoping to get an oil change. I have done business here since 2009. My car was taken back immediately after paperwork was finished. I was advised after about 25 minutes, that I needed a new air filter, so I okayed that, and my car was ready in a timely fashion - especially since I had no appointment. Steve has been my service advisor for at least my last 3 visits, and keeps a good eye on things.
Wouldn't deal with anyone else but Rocky at Lexus and Moe at Motor City GMC. These guys jump through hoops to get what you want. Thanks so much!! <3 Teresa
Process was very easy. Our sales person was very helpful and courteous. Everything was ready for us when we arrived to pick up our new truck.
I will never purchase a car from here again. We bought a 2012 chevy malibu from angel. took it in for a recall on the seat belt. which was fine, but when we get the key fob back, it will not work. so i called and called constantly. got no response, now we finally get thru to him. took it in this morning, because we were told they would fix it for us. now they say "oh the remote has jelly in it". seriously, it worked when we gave it to u to fix the recall, we get it back and now its our fault. DONT SHOP HERE!!!!
Terrible shop experience. My 72 year old father in law just spent over 4,000.00 on lifters and a cam. Not even 20 days later it is doing the same thing. Now after a week in the shop they say it's the oil pump. REALLY? I would assume this was the problem the first time and all they have to say is that's not what you brought it for last time. Well HELLO.... You are the one that told us what was wrong the first time.
