I received notice from GM there was a recall on my car. I made an appointment online to have the car serviced on a Saturday at 9:00am. On my only day off, I drove to the other side of town and one of their service guys said they don't do that kind of work on Saturdays. Really? I scheduled the appointment 8 days in advance and even got an appointment confirmation email. During that time, nobody bothered to tell me that important piece of info. Thanks for wasting my time.
