Moore Chrysler/Jeep service department is single-handedly the most uncooperative and un-customer friendly service department I’ve ever worked with. I have been into the service department over the past few years several times and left disappointed most of the times. Most the time they could not diagnose the correct problem but were able to provide ample excuses.The turnaround times at this dealership are ridiculously long and my vehicle was usually there for multiple days on end. Just went into Moore to get my oil changed, Kyle my service writer is great, he knows I am alone so he watches out for me making sure my car is in safe running order. I then wandered into the showroom and met Sue Kruger, what a great lady to work with. I was kind of thinking of purchasing a new car, Sue was so helpful working with me in finding the perfect car for my needs. I cannot say enough good things about our experience today. Our salesman Patrick went over and above to help us feel comfortable and make the buying process simple. Bought a used car, nearly 22.5k. Paid $895 (included in price) for service prep fee, oil change, engine checks, etc. 5 months later, issues with battery/electrical that left my family and I stranded in my hometown. Talked to management (Spencer) to make it right. He basically says too bad so sad, “normal wear and tear.” No compassion for my situation. Definately did not meet their mission of customer care in my case. At a loss for words...
