Looking to buy a new car? Do not go to Moore Chrysler jeep, we all have that mind set of bad car salesman, right? This place is it! � I have had the worst experience with this dealership now jumping two years later when I find out I do not have a warrantee that the salesman promised I had! I called to speak with the manager today and he basically told me he could not take my word over a salesman. Well your salesman is a liar and I took his word and now I regret it!
Took care of me and more importantly, my Jeep. I'm a happy Jeeper.
My husband went there and no one greeted him. He was able to walk the lot twice without a single person acknowledging him. It was incredibly frustrating since he was not looking and intending on buying, but since no one could even bother to approach him he left. We will never return with this kind of service.
My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Patrick C Nelson, Jr yesterday, who greeted us out by the 2017 Chrysler Pacificas as we set off the anti theft alarm in one of the vehicles. He listened to my needs and did a very thorough professional job of walking us through the buying process from start to finish. All the staff at Moore Chrysler Jeep were friendly, courteous and a pleasure to work with.
I had an appt.for a basic oil change now mind you they had all my info on the car since I had purchased it there in April however they did not have the filter had to have it delivered.long story short I was there for almost 4 hrs I was told my oil change would be 69.95 and when I got my bill it was over a 100.00 unbelievable

I would love to share a story regarding my experience....however it has been a week....I have spoken with Courtney, Chelsea, message left for Keith, Jocelyn and one other fortunate soul I didn't get a name of so that I could include them in this post. Everyone needs to talk to someone different and "PROMISES" they will get back to you within the hour. I was sent here on a recommendation and what I will tell you is do yourself a favor and go see Tim at Avondale Jeep...they WANT your business.
