Oh boy, where to start!? First, I never leave reviews, because I hate being on the receiving end of criticism. Second, I am one tired mama to be dealing with some of the things I am sharing! My daughter is 5 and we’ve been seeing doctors at Vandy for her entire life. We love her Cardiologist and the team we’ve dealt with. We’ve had no issues with the GI department. My son was there for 4 days and they were all so nice and treated my baby boy so wonderfully... I thank the for being so good to us
I LOVE everything about this hospital. My daughter sees Dr. Thomas (pediatric cardiologist). He explained to us more about my daughter's condition in one visit than our former cardiologist did. He was friendly and assured my daughter she was going to be fine!
Dr. Fish and his team did a wonderful job with my catheter ablation procedure. As of now, the issue seems to be fixed. I am confident that I can go through life free of SVT episodes thanks to their expertise. I had some major requests on how I wanted the procedure done, and the team was professional about listening to my requests and taking my inquiries seriously. I especially want to praise the anesthesiologist, Heidi Smith, for going above and beyond and working with me to come up with a personalized anesthesia plan. Unfor... read more

Such an amazing place!! Everything in this hospital focuses on the special needs of children and families. The equipment is kid friendly, like the giraffe designed X-ray, and the great decorations. But the stellar feature is the wonderful staff; compassionate, caring, and cutting edge expertise! Some of the special caregivers are Dr. Plemmons, Lani Kajihara-Liehr ARNP, Carol Moore ARNP, Virginia the MA, and many others!! This is truly a wonderful place!!
