This place is the best my 2 year old was in a atv accident and she was rushed to this hospital and she had a lacerated liver and lacerated spleen with internal bleeding but they took really good care of her I couldn't be more proud and happy with a hospital. They took really good care of my baby girl❤️😁

My daughter was sent to Vandy Children's and we were so impressed with the hospital and staff. They instantly made us feel at home. We were so comfortable there and our sweet girl was very well cared for.
The waiting for 2 hours before a procedure seemed pointless. But overall it was good.!!
To say this place is amazing is a complete understatement. My son was transferred there when he was 3 days old and it was the best thing to happen to him or us. Trust me we were scared to death when we were told he had to be transferred, only because our original plan was to be home in 2 days, but I couldn't be happier with the decision. After 3 days of being in the NICU in our hometown we never got to hold our son. The FIRST thing said to us when we arrived was "you NEED to hold your son." This. This feeling. Dermatology Department sent us to the wrong place so it took us a hour in rush hour traffic to finally get to the right place with my 9 month old granddaughter`s appointment and then they refused to see her. Excuse me, they were the ones that made the appointment with the mistake. The rest of the area are great but I would never recommend dermatology for pediatric to anyone. Bad attitudes and not one once of compassion.
This no lie this is the best hospital i ever been to the took very good care of my grandson yesterday i really say this one of the best hospital in the world
I can't thank everyone at this hospital enough for the care they give not only the tiny patients, but the families.
My daughter had an appointment with the primary care clinic at 1:20pm. I arrived before 1pm. I was there 2 hours and 30 minutes with a child on a ventilator. Unacceptable!
