Giving them a 2 because I really did like Dr Motz however one of the schedulers he has is awful to work with. She’s extremely nasty on the phone, leaves threatening messages if you don’t answer the phone and will call multiple times in a row if you are unable to answer the first time. It’s very unfortunate because we have been with DR Motz long before he owned this practice and has always been good. But since owning this practice I feel the vibe has changed. I was very anxious for this appointment. I have not seen a dentist for a long time and felt very uncomfortable beforehand. Walking into the office the front desk was extremely nice and friendly and handled my paperwork so quick. As soon as I saw the RDH she put me at easy by already knowing I was anxious. She explained everything Clearly to me and made sure I was comfortable before having me open my mouth. She took her time with me and had me calm the whole visit. Dr. Motz and his staff are friendly, caring and very knowledgeable of the latest dental practices. My approach was for a cleaning and Cindy was thorough, professional and friendly. I would recommend Monicacy Dental to anyone needing a great dental team. Oh yes, you will be greeted by Patton the wonder dog - very cute and friendly.
