We always have a good time, but yesterday when we were there half of the games that my grandson and his friends like to play were broken. I wish they would fix them so that the kids are not disappointed.

The kids like to play on the bouncy equipment. Not a big choice of bouncy equipment. Kids Rock in Lincolnton has more. About 50 percent of the games where out of order. You must purchase a card for 8 dollars just to load money on.

As far as the game cards, our game cards are free and you are able to load any amount of money you'd like. We just offer a $12 game card for $8 at the door! We hope to see you soon in the Jungle!
Worst experience ever. The new rules are ridiculous. If toddlers can't be assisted on the slides then the admission should be free, because what are they paying for? $7 to jump in a bounce house? No, thanks! Chuck E. Cheese's is way better!

Ms. Kelly, Thank you for your feedback. At Monkey Joe's safety is our first priority, we do have age/height limitations in place for the safety of all our guests and those should be strictly enforced. We will miss seeing your family in the Jungle!
Was fun the one that I did not like it that we could not go on any of the big slides with my 2 year old only 2 of them we could and them 2 I could stand and watch her and she was fine but on the other ones we could not she fell and busted her lip because a kid ran right past her after I told him to wait that made me angry there should be a attendant in all the bouncy houses just for the little ones because telling them no in a place like that is not good lol over all we had a great time away from Charleston while hurricane M... read more
