My girls had a great time!! I have a 5 year old and a 2 year old. We were only patrons of the Matthews location before...but now we will happily revisit the Gastonia location. Very clean and friendly staff!

How sad is a business for children that doesn't accompany special needs children. Some stranger has to walk my son up the slide. We drive to Greenville SC just so our son is comfortable playing. One of the charlotte locations said they have no problem with us helping him up but the Gastonia location said sorry no exceptions. Terrible business

We came here today for a birthday party. Rules are too strict for the children. Also, the wouldn't let the older kids 12 & 14 help the little kids. Have to be 18. Also, if you are 12, you have to be under 5' to play. Was not fun today at all for the kids or the parents. The hostesses tried... Was pretty much a cluster. Very unorganized. We will NOT be returning. We will stick to the MJ's in CONCORD. Gastonia was horrible.

We will definitely not be going back. When we used to go our wrist bands would be checked upon leaving to ensure you are taking the child you came with. Today I walked right out.... nobody at the front. I even waited a minute thinking someone would eventually come back up front- no one came. How unsafe is this?? I could have left with any child in there. This place is being run by a bunch of teenagers. I will pay to go to Chuckie Cheese over this where my child is safe.

We visited Monkey Joes for the first time this weekend. Our grandkids were in heaven! The staff was very friendly and I feel my grandkids were safe and secure. One of them is already asking to celebrate his birthday there! Great place for Gastonia! Sorry it took us so long to visit! :)

I would like to take the time to say that just like any other business you are only as good as you treat your customers because let's face it customers are why you have a business in the first place. Customer service should always be a priority! A business who wants to succeed and have great rating will go above and beyond in all aspects to please their guests even ones with special needs!!! They are rude and mistreat children with disabilities! I say begin a boycott if things don't change followed by a discrimination lawsuit! CHANGE!

As such, we have policies in place to protect the safety of our customers. The Under 3 area is designated for children in that age range based on age and our staff enforces these rules as fairly as possible.
We love this place! We have went numerous times and my kids and my nieces and nephews have always had a blast. The staff has always seemed helpful and friendly and we've had great experience with the the birthday party planners. If you book a party soon ask for Lexie, she was awesome! !!!

This place is ridiculous, will never go back , nothing like it used to be, they need to go back to the old owners, this place won't be there long !!
