The manager Sydney was super nice. My 18 mo old son lived playing on the inflatables and going down the slide. And for $5 per kid, it’s one great deal. Pizza was also good.

I took my three grand babies there tonight 40 minutes before they closed and they tried to discourage us from coming in. They were making faces and very rude. I went to the back to watch my babies play and this worker came back there vacuuming and had me to move 3 times. I went to the front and that heifer came up there and sprayed the table where we were sitting WHILE we were sitting there and I told her to STOP. Had granddaughters birthday party there. The workers was not friendly. I expected them to be more friendly, dealing with children and the money that was spent. Had to wait for our room to be set up. Just not pleased
Very disappointed!!!! We took a visit to this location and let's just say we will never visit again. The staff did not monitor the front or the different areas. They were all congregated at the front having personal conversations and don't even ask if they were kid friendly or smiling. The air was not working and it was muggy in the building. Recommendedevery birthday my kids only want to go to monkey Joe's. even though a party would mean more presents. they can each bring a friend and they all have a great time. the staff is always friendly and helpful. the owner is awesome. he really seems to enjoy his job and that shows in the family friendly atmosphere. I don't know what I will do when my boys age out. this is affordable family fun. kudos monkey Joe's

Wow I really wish I would have read the reviews before we stopped at this location. If so I would have kept driving went down to the Southport location which is much cleaner and has friendlier staff. Let me start by saying there is no air conditioning. The place is filthy and it stinks. The carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. RecommendedMy kids had a really good time and now want their birthday party there!! Abbey was great! She was very interactive with my children. My son was upset he couldn't get the toy he wanted. She noticed he was upset and sat on the floor with him. She talked with him and let him exchange his toy. She didn't want him sad and she went way above her job. She didn't have to but she did. She is a great part of your team!
