Had a blast at the birthday party! Great staff and management. We had a great time. The kids want to come back again everyday.
very fun and safe place to let the kids run wild and have loads of fun. The drinks and goods are a little expensive.
I just threw my sons 9th birthday party here. The kids had fun but it was VERY disorganized we did NOT feel like we were properly attended MOST my guest had to wait 20mins+ to check in and when you're only allotted 2 hours that's a long time. The room wasn't ready and the person I originally booked my party with was in a rush and didn't even book the party I wanted so when my guest ask for their kids party bag they weren't able to get them because I wasn't booked for the correct party. The Manager kept saying that they mailed the tickets to me for a school raffle never received so went on and bought tickets then they lost the order! They will not make it right and told us to call bank card company. The only people it hurt were the kids. The tickets were for a Elementary School raffle to buy the kids tablets. Very disappointed in the Management and Corporate people also. Will NEVER go here!!!!! Play lodge in Asheville is much nicer!!!

I had my sons birthday party there over the weekend. Package price was reasonable, but the pizza was overpriced and it was an inconvenience that it was delivered from Dominos. I was told we’d be able to order during the party (which I did) but the pizza took over an hour to get there. Half of our guests had left by then and I was left with 4 boxes of pizza. The rest of the party struggled to find tables and chairs to be able to eat and allow the kids finish playing. Also, the host could’ve done more “as a host”. She was real... read more

We have taken our 2 year old grandson to Monkey Joes a few times and he has always had a blast. So for his 3rd birthday his was party there. The pizza and ice cream and everything was great. I only have one complaint and it almost overshadows the good. Half the lights in the party room we were put in did not work.....literally only half would come on so even though the party was at 3 in the afternoon it was very dark in the room. This is the second birthday party that I hosted here, and it was great. Kids had a blast, I didn't have to do anything, perfect! The inflatables are very clean, and staff is friendly. My only complaint is the gaming area, which is overall great. There are a few games that have been broken for a while, and I would like to see that fixed. Also, I feel like all games should be 1 token. If you get the party package that comes with the game card, it has 10 tokens on it. Some games cost 4 tokens to play, so kids can only play 2-3 ... read more
