My kids love it, they never want to leave, but I'm over it after an hour, lol, and the customer service is amazing!!, they have the staff walking around looking out for the kiddies along with the parents and one of the young ladies that work there was going up and down the slide with my two year old because she needed help, she had a blast ���� I like this location over the Matthews location

We had a great experience today at Monkey Joe’s! Tierika was one of the referees and she did a fabulous job! My sister and I took our sons and did not realize there were some inflatables where adults weren’t allowed. Tierika was very polite when she came over and told us. A bit later my nephew couldn’t get up a climbing section, and so she went in to help. I also saw her cleaning and organizing the chairs during a down time.
