DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! They do not watch the kids and they are running all over the little ones! The staff is extremely rude! A girl names kaycee in particular. I didn't see the other two names. Awful!
The staff appeared lost.?.... maybe more training? Maybe happier workers, higher pay I'm not sure, but for the price they charge the parents, I expected more for the children, many of the bounce houses inside held together with tape? Looks like they would keep the appearance and safety more woth the price to host a party.

Went to a party on Friday. The staff was rude. Machines were broken. One girl looked like she hated her job. I think a little girl had gotten scared that she couldn't find her parents do the girl snatched her up and stormed off with her. I had more negative, but I won't take the time to put it all here. We have had two parties here, but we won't have anymore.
See I had a party last week for my son around 3:30 the party did not start till 4:20 all my guest was waiting it was crazy the party Host was a little short girl which I think she just started working there was so rude had a attitude was showing no Respect was omg bad I had to do all the work in the party which is not right because I don't not work in monkey joes !!!! all I have to say y'all hire anyone need to fixes that monkey joes !!! Bathrooms were nasty 💯🤦♀️ Lord y'all need help !!!! New mangers people !!

Took my son here for the 1st time. He seemed to have a great time here. We stayed for a couple hrs. Only thing I had a little prob with was the pricing on our drink me and my husband ended up sharing. I know the prices usually are more expensive at these places but $3.25 for a large drink was a little crazy. But it is what it is and the kids had fun.

We arrived at opening time, so we mostly had the place to ourselves. There was a variety of inflatables for my daughter and niece to play on, even at 2 & 3 years old.
