It was horrible people that work here is horrible plain out I have never seen worse
Never going back!!! Ever!!! Horrible customer service. I couldn't even help my 3 year old, who was scared, get on the inflatables. We asked politely if we could get on to help him and they told us no. So my child stands there crying his eyes out because he wants to get on so bad but he's scared. They told us that a "ref" could help him but I couldn't?! That's so stupid!!! Why would my son want a stranger to help him?! What's the difference between me helping him and a stupid "ref"?!?!?! The new management sucks! They have went up on price and no more specials. We have been going for 5 years and it now sucks! I wont be spending my money there anymore. No more weekly specials and the refs suck! The manager on NYE was complaining she had no help and didn't plan for their NYE promotion. My boys loved it there but now they can't even play without being reprimanded

I have taken my son here for years, great staff, great attractions. Great place for your kid to make an instant friend.
We took our granddaughter thier a few weeks ago.She had a blast.We will be taking her back.

Very disappointed in 'birthday party' experience! We paid full price, yet did not receive all that was included. They only served the # of kids who came, and did provide pizza and drinks for the of kids payed for. When I talked to the manager on duty, the following day, I was promised a return phone call that never happened. Now been advised to call again to 'try and catch' the GM. CHUCK E. CHEESE is always professional and will receive my business moving forward!

They are great i like it alot my kids had a great time and its clean and cheaper than most places
My children enjoyed monkey joes especially my daughter she loves the slides. Overall a great place to take your kids.
