I was very excited to celebrate my daughter’s 2nd Birthday Party here. However, the party left us very disappointed with the staff and venue. Our party hostess was clearly stressed and overwhelmed with her job of helping guest up front and hosting our party. She seemed to have an attitude throughout the entire event. RecommendedI had my son's birthday party there this past Saturday & I must say the host was great, the activities kept the kids busy BUT the food wasn't satisfying at all & I feel like for the price that is being paid too book a party the kids should get more "banana chips/coins" especially if one game uses 8 of the 16 that they are given. Pricey but fun for the kids. I wouldn't recommend a party package but, going on just a regular day I would . . .
Never go back to this location again after our experience yesterday
Had a party today for my grandson. We booked the middle party for 8 children. Was $230+. Building was extremely hot, inflatables were old (most had large holes covered with tape that wasn't sticking), bathrooms were dirty. We were supposed to have a party host lead the party, we didn't. She served the pizza and left. Spoke with manager and she really didn't help. Sent the same girl back in and she didn't seem to know what she should be doing and left again. I can not say enough about the great staff that works here. They all treat my son so well and play with him, even though he prefers to play in the rooms rather than on the bounces. He loves all of the kids that work there so much.
We went on a Monday afternoon, not crowded! Place was hot and had a bad body odor smell to it, no ventilation whatsoever, very stuffy, the staff was rude and acted like they hate their job. Overall not a good experience!
Recommendedthe staff was very friendly and hands on with the kids. There was one lady that worked there, went above and beyond hwr job for my son. His older brother left him in the bathroom, he couldn't open the door so he got upset. she went in and got him and cuddled him until he calm down.
Complete waste of money. Very few bounce houses and very few games for kids to play.
