We had a great experience today at Monkey Joe’s! Tierika was one of the referees and she did a fabulous job! My sister and I took our sons and did not realize there were some inflatables where adults weren’t allowed. Tierika was very polite when she came over and told us. A bit later my nephew couldn’t get up a climbing section, and so she went in to help. I also saw her cleaning and organizing the chairs during a down time. The staff was awesome and the place was very clean. My grandson had a wonderful time.
Went yesterday for the first time and we will never go again. Employees don't seem to care at all. No one checked our bands as we left so I could have taken any kid home with me. There were no one monitoring the children or telling them how to properly use the jumps. I mean the 0-3 jump areas were being used by children way older. I actually watched a kid walk up to my daughter (1.5 years old) and hit her on the head. When I said something to the kid, he told me that my daughter and another baby were in his way. I am currently sitting here. There are workers patrolling and allowing people with no socks on get into the bounce houses. There is a cup that has fallen on the floor. There have been multiple workers just walk over it. This establishment has a lack of professionalism. There was no friendliness by staff members. You can tell they are here just to get a paycheck without doing a job well done. Very disappointed.
