not sure what rooms a lot of these people stayed at, my room was just like the ones pictured in the websites. had an awesome time here, great location to WeHo and Hollywood. also not sure why people are stating why service was bad, everything i asked for was brought right away and when i had one issue, which was asking for for cork screw, it was brought up in a few mintues. maybe its just the tone and inflection you use to talk to people. was planning to stay at the one in south beach, but its facing the bay, so maybe ill st... read more

I agree with some of the reviews that describe the hotel as a party place and not a classy hotel. Granted it was over the holidays but I always travel this time of year, and never encountered this. The clientele are permitted to have rowdy parties all night. Loud screaming, drunks, and rude staff at times. Not accommodating nor welcoming. The nicest staff were the housekeeping and maintenance staff. On the plus side, the room was comfortable and the view from our balcony was beautiful, which is why the 2 stars. My wife and I stayed at this beautiful hotel for five nights in 2013. The front desk staff was incredible. When we checked in we asked if we could be upgraded to a balcony room. We were told they would see what they can do. When we came back an hour later, we were upgraded to a studio suite. A step above the balcony room. Our room was absolutely beautiful.
