loved our experience very much, however we were unable to go to the Sky bar and enjoy the night, since after 10 p.m. it is by reservations only or larger groups.. We have had dinner here in the past and had cocktails which were great...
Room too small and food are overpriced. The beds are too old and my back hurts. With the price we pay at least the bed should be comfortable.
You get what you pay for, stayed here before. Excellent hospitality, would recommend the Mondrian.
I think the service level could be improved. I was there for a business event. At lunch I think they forgot about 3 of us who ordered chicken sandwiches. They came out way after everyone had been served and were almost done eating and when they came out they didn't look like everyone else's. 1. Our bread wasn't toasted. It was limpy. 2. The chicken was barley there. Everyone at the table couldn't believe was a sub-par amount of protein was on my half of the sandwich.
