Getting no access to Skybar without reservation was still “ok” but they do not even allow to enter the lobby to wait for a friend. How impolite!

This hotel was fabulous! From the room to the sky bar, to the ivory on sunset and its close to so many fun activities. We had a little mishap checking in but the manager made sure to compensate for the mistake. I will defiantly stay here again! It made my stay in LA that much better.
This place is incredible. An icon of the famous Sun Set Strip with its Sky Bar and famous Valet parking.
