Terrible experience. We booked online, got there and overbooked the night. They didn't offer us an alternative, rather told us that we were on our own and would get refunded. We walked the streets of West Hollywood with our luggage, and when we told them that we couldn't find a plce, they recommended the Loews hotel in Hollywood, for $429 a night, but we would have to pay it.

no hot water, dirty towel in room upon arrival, no response or attempt to remedy by hotel. Poor service, lack of customer service.
