RecommendedVery nice hotel a shame all of it’s beauty is clouded by their book keeping ethics, make sure you watch and keep track of your credit card you give them upon check in and follow with lots of questions. Lots of extra fees not included in room which you don’t mind but it’s how and when they elect to charge you. So just decide if you want to deal with that if so it’s a great hotel. We are currently debating if we will be returning customers.
This hotel is a joke! Service is slow and awful. They charge you things you never touched and it took 5 days to have it removed if you succeed!!! I will never go again. You have such better place on sunset.

Absolutely loved my stay at Mondrian! Having gone through more than a fair share of hotels in Europe and North America, 99.9% of them have the absolute worst facilities for a woman to do her make up. I'm talking about such basic things as lighting and mirrors, it's ridiculous how something so simple and absolutely necessary gets overlooked almost all the time. Peaceful. Beautiful views. Timeless. Iconic.
Can’t believe the horrible experience .. spent $1400 on on the room plus $90 valet .. you expect this hotel should be on point .. instead, the AC doesn’t work, phone was beeping all night, after not being able to fix the issues and let me suffer for 24hrs nobody offered to comp part of my stay or offered anything. That’s what you get at Mondrian LA “welcome to Hollywood” 🤦♀️ message me and I show you the videos of the fans on the room ( ridiculous )
Great food, great drinks, great service, great views, at Ivory at the Mondrian! The guest rooms are beautiful too! Spacious, elegant, comfortable! The fitness center could use an upgrade, it’s too small/too basic, especially compared to the rest of the hotel, I would expect something much nicer, more equipment. But in all other respects, the hotel is really nice, worth the price.
