Great maintenance team ! I’ve been living here for almost 4 years and I must say that when I have placed a maintenance order, it gets taken care of faster than fast . Always clean and careful during their work visit and know exactly what they are doing . Great maintenance team.
Great customer service I had a fantastic experience with the assistant property manager. She was exceptionally kind, informative, and positive, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Her enthusiasm and willingness to answer all my questions really made a difference. I’m genuinely excited about the upcoming tour and the possibility of becoming part of this community. Highly recommend her for her outstanding customer service!
Great experience I was able to call, tour an apartment and get all my information in regards to moving in within 24 hours. I was extremely impressed by the attentiveness of the team and the cleanliness of the property. The Assistant Manager was absolutely amazing and she did a great job with outlining the apartment requirements as well and giving me a great tour. Really excited for this to possibly be my new home!

Riverhouse Walkthrough The Riverhouse building is very well kept. You can tell they take care of their tenants. My walkthrough experience was very welcoming. The team is kind, informative, and eager to help. Ask for Eric, he is a great leasing agent.

Wonderful property! We scheduled a tour 24 hours in advance and it went so smoothly. Eric, one of the Leading Consultants, gave us the tour and he did an amazing job answering our questions and making sure our needs were highlighted. He explained all of the floor plans and move-in costs in great detail. Roommate and I are looking forward to calling this our home!

Great place Living at Riverhouse@11th has been a great experience to my new Miami lifestyle. The office staff, maintenance team and cleaning crew are all friendly and easy to communicate with when anything arises. I definitely feel they appreciate and care for their residents and property. I am very happy to have found this place to reside during my time in Miami. Also, my neighbors are friendly and great too!
I love it here! Just renewed my lease at Riverhouse at 11th. This is a great place to live. Spacious apartments, close to everything and pet friendly. I would highly recommend!
