This is Home I'm grateful for living here. I've been living here for a year and just renewed my lease. The entire process was easy and amazing. The leasing office staff are the most professional and wonderful people. I love living here and proudly call Riverhouse at 11th my home.
Sanctuary and comfy I am so happy with the choice to move into Riverhouse and 11th. By far the best property management team ever. They are very attentive to your needs and maintenance of the building. Love the atmosphere.
Great place Living at Riverhouse@11th has been a great experience to my new Miami lifestyle. The office staff, maintenance team and cleaning crew are all friendly and easy to communicate with when anything arises. I definitely feel they appreciate and care for their residents and property. I am very happy to have found this place to reside during my time in Miami. Also, my neighbors are friendly and great too!
I love it here! Just renewed my lease at Riverhouse at 11th. This is a great place to live. Spacious apartments, close to everything and pet friendly. I would highly recommend!
horrible Building only answers and us interest when you’re renting. As soon as you sign you’re just another number. They never pick up the phone or correspond with residents. Call box for deliveries doesn’t work must go downstairs every time someone comes or food is delivered. Do not rent

WORST MANAGEMENT! No feed back , the building is not clean. not safe and the staff ....very difficult to find them . Because they always outside the office. Many people want to move . But is not fair paying fines , deposit ... If it’s not your fault .

Poor Management; Nice Amenities Since new management has taken over, the living experience has been marred with unresponsiveness, lack of security, and managerial errors. Though the apartment complex is relatively new and offers nice amenities, the new management staff has significant work to do in maintaining communication and responsiveness to residents.

Please Read Recently, there has been a change of management from Modera apartments to ZRS apartments, and to be honest, everything seems to be going downhill in such a rather short period. You would think new management changes like this would bring improvements, but the exact opposite is the case here. It is disappointing to see such a beautiful apartment that was somewhat well managed by the old team to get rundown by this new company.
