Verified Renter My girlfriend and I have moved in for a couple months and this place is above and beyond! Great team, great maintenance, and great community!
Verified Renter I’ve really enjoyed my experience living at Riverhouse at 11th. One of the biggest highlights is the location—it’s perfectly situated in Miami, close to restaurants, shopping, and major highways, which makes getting around super convenient. The amenities are another major plus. The gym, pool, and common areas are well-maintained and make it feel like you’re living in a resort-style community. The apartments themselves are modern, clean, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is calm and welcoming. Manage... read more
Verified Renter I have lived here since 2020. Everyone on the staff are very nice, responsive and have become a 2nd family. The building is clean, located in a perfect location. I walk my dog through the neighborhood. It's quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Verified Renter Best community ever, I’m living here for 4 years and I don’t have any complaint, everything work very good, they have everything super clean, and all the workers are amazing people
Amazing place and amazing maintainence Amazing place with great facilities. Quick maintenance. All my queries are solved within a day.
New tenant Just moved in and it was such a seamless process, any issues I had they immediately helped me with no problem! Love it here
Still love living here Properly maintained and managed, issues with my apartment have always been handled same day often within 30 min or less. They continue making small but impactful and useful upgrades.
Door lock service Amazing it’s was fast RAUL is the best came the next day and fix the door properly
Excellent service, very qualified Raúl was the guy who assisted me. Honestly, the Riverhouse building maintenance team is very skilled and very helpful. He arrived immediately and fixed everything super quickly. I have absolutely no complaints. I only have wonderful things to say about the entire maintenance team and the Riverhouse team in general :)
