Please STOP washing your car ad Mister Car Wash!!! On April 3, 2021, I went to Mister Carwash in Aurora, Colorado at Southlands. I have had my car washed here for years, usually on an every other week basis. My sister and I were in the car and when we went into the wash there was no crack in the windshield, upon exit we immediately noticed a crack, the vertical length of the windshield. I just bought a brand new vehicle and a week after driving it around, decided to take it through Mister Car Wash in Douglasville, GA. First, I noticed when I'm being guided to the tire guide, I felt a bump, didn't think anything of it because my thought was that they should have a soft material protectant on the guides so it doesn't scratch your rims. Poor customer service. From the workers to the gm. I went through the car wash car just fine. Later notice my antenna cover was completely gone. Went back to the location nobody could find the missing piece. Ask for a refund barley got that. My boyfriend went through the machine and found it his self. Constantly calling the store never could get in touch with anybody had to drive 2 hours back to store just to see what could be done about the situation didn’t know anything about the claim. Poor customer service and careless employees. I took my truck to get a car wash my handicap tag was removed I’m guessing to clean the windows the employees took it out my truck didn’t put it back and gave it to another customer. Brian the manager took my information told me he would review the cameras and look into it .2 weeks later no call back I called him and still no answer for me. I will never take my truck back.

Went through the car wash on 4/15/2021, received a very deep scratch that removed paint and ripped through my front bumper. Spoke with the manager of the Smyrna, TN Mister Car Wash( his name is Jonathan) he claimed that the cameras don’t point low enough to see and said that it was in his expert opinion that the car wash didn’t cause the damage. In late February I went through the mister car wash in downtown saint Paul. A few days later I noticed a significant chip on the edge of my rim. I thought back and remembered the car jolted and the steering wheel rotated 180 degrees during the wash. I contacted the manager and after going back and forth the business denied responsibility. I was annoyed but had to live with it. I returned 6 weeks later and the same thing happened. This time more significant damage on the same spot.
