I'd give 0 stars if that was option was available. I used my **** of ************ card to purchase a month of unlimited car washes. I found out later that they had set it up for reoccurring monthly charges. I never agreed to that. I returned to this car wash and requested that they stop this reoccurring charge. I was informed that it had been stopped. SURPRISE! The following month the reoccurring charge reappeared on my credit card statement. **************, I have lived in the area for several years. I used to go to a vehicle self-wash that closed with the other alternative of taking my vehicle to Mister Car Wash. It happens every time I go through the wash I have to touch up my SUV with a waterless cleaner. Not a deal-breaker, however, the last time I went through, my SUV emerged not any cleaner on the roof and entire back end than when I first pulled into the wash along with splotches of dirt on the sides. Mister Car Wash damaged my windshield. They have a process in place for incidents/damage claims. I completed the process with no response from Mister Car Wash. After posting a review on ****** of their terrible customer service and lack of response, a "manager" called me to say the claim was denied. Stay clear of Mister Car Wash ... especially ********, ******* location! The service and quality were absolutely terrible! I am not a hard customer to please and I'm not that picky, however the quality of interior cleaning and exterior wash was unsatisfactory. I paid $34 , plus prepaid tip of $5 (the attendant collecting payment as you enter was very pushy about adding a tip). Thus, for almost $40, I got totally ripped off. I recently went through the a Mr. ******* near University ***************** Campus and the dryers at the end blew the trim piece on my sunroof and broke the piece off. When I confronted and submitted a claim with the company, they denied my claim stating that their equipment technically didnt touch my car when the part of my car came off and therefore are not responsible for fixing my car. I have been a Mister Carwash Unlimited Customer for a couple of years. When I signed up, I choose the premium carwash for one vehicle and the standard wash for a second. I was okay with a lesser carwash for my second vehicle because the body had a special coating and I was told, All of our carwashes have underbody wash.
