I like the service when i lived near this location. I move last year and cancelled my membership. In Oct. ten had to go back and cancel membership again in Nov of 2020. Now today i discovery another charge from this location. I'm beyond upset at the thievery. 8 X ***** is almost $240. Wow! I tossed the member sticker back in Nov. I sent support for assistance email through their website, but no response. The people at the location aren't answering the phone. I started getting my car washed ridiculous store probably 2 1/2 years ago and I paid $19 a month because it gave me a tire shine the only reason I came was for the tires on I dont care about getting my car washed I just got through talking to an individual in their service area and the man told me hes been working there for longer than that and theyve never offered tires and I said well then where is the sign yall displayed that showed everything you get for your money people spend dont have it up no more He said. I took my car to the ************ ** location on June 28 2021 and ghe back number was ripped off. After dealing with them for a month they finally agreed to pay for repair. Now my car is sitting at a repair shop because they won't answer their phones to actually pay for it. I've left voice-mail sent emails the whole 8 yards. Now I have no idea when I'll get my car back.

I was a premium unlimited was club member until I brought my Tesla to get washed at the downtowner which I remember before the buyout by Mister Car Wash. I paid extra to have my interior wiped down and mats cleaned as well. Unfortunately, the glass and mats were still dirty and when I left my trunk was still left open. I pulled over to close it and noticed scratches on my car windows. I have never had this happen before? I understand that Mister Car Wash uses neo glide but maybe from the extra service or a machine? I have been a loyal customer to Auto Magic/********************** for decades, pay them religiously $70/month for the club, go through maybe twice in a busy week, but sometimes not even once in a week, but always go there and have actually gotten to know a number of employees there over the years. The reason for this review is that I am a car dealer the deals in exotic cars but I have a car that I drive daily that I use my membership for to keep it clean. I canceled my subscription on June 15, 2021 and was still charged on June. 28,2021 for the full amount. I called and they confirmed I canceled but gave me the excuse that there system made a mistake. This is uncalled for!

22 June 2021 9009 W US Highway 2 Spokane Washington 99224 I’d just renewed my membership and was passing by this location, my first issue was how difficult it was to figure out how to get into the wash, no signage? My second issue was there were no attendants whatsoever anywhere to be found, which there always are when you go into a Mister car wash where you would normally pay. Went to Mister Car Wash in April of 2019 in Colorado Springs at 5*** New Car Drive and bought a month of unlimited car washes, went once in April of 2019. I was looking at my bank statement and noticed my account as been charged every month since April. BEWARE!!!! Take your car somewhere else if you don’t want it damaged!!! Untrained and incompetent staff damaged my rims and they did nothing to reconcile the damage. The manager, Michael, took down my information and gave me a claim number as he assured me that he would personally follow up with me within 24 hours. He did not. He called and left a message days later. When I returned the call he didn’t answer and his mailbox was full.
