My car was damaged by washing machines and I was told the manager would take care of it and got my personal information and never reached me or tried getting AHOLD of me
The car is never completely clean. Like never. Octopus was far superior.
I'm writing concerning a complaint. I went to the location on 575 Ponce De Leon Ave, Atlanta, GA around 4:49pm paid 34.00 for both inside and out cleaning services. When car was done I was looking around and it seemed clean , it was under a shed so a little dark. When I got to my destination I notice the floor on passenger side was not vacuumed and the seat had dust in there like nothing was never done at all. “INVESTIGATE” I have a brand new 2021 Nissan Rogue S, and my back windshield wiper blade was broke on 03/06/21. The manager won’t tell me what the procedures are so I can proceed to get my wiper fixed and be reimbursed or know how this works. I returned within 10min of incident politely and filed report and discuss how I commute to work, and there is 60% chance of rain storm for several days this week so it’s a safety issue. Live in Minnesota and used the Downtowner car was for many years, Planning to sell a vehicle I had in storage and wanted it detailed I looked in the Downtowner, (now Mister Wash) and saw a Final Touch Plus for $70.00. I called to see if an Appt. was needed, and talked to a lady who said it wasn't $700 but $95 or something then was cut off. I called back the Downtowner location and talked to a gentleman who said that was for an oversized vehicle, the price was $70.00 and no appointment was needed. Too bad I had to give them one star. If I had my way I would not give any. Terrible customer service. They act like they really don't care. My husband took our vehicle three times before he gave up. The vehicle was still dirty! Staff only replied "Run it through until your satisfied"....Had the membership but cancelled it due to the poor quality and attitudes.
On October 31, 2020, my husband was rear-ended at Mister Carwash in Decatur, AL during the wash cycle. There is video evidence of the incident. The person that rear-ended him has AllState insurance. We filed the claim with the corporate office of AllState. Our contact is Ms. Bailee Wojtowicz. She stated that they have requested the video, but as of Feb. 11, 2021, they have not received it from Mister Carwash. Location in Austin was disappointing and unhonest. I paid for $36 for service and they clean passenger area and not the trunk. When I pulled in I waited outside, left my keys inside the vehicle as instructed. No one opened the trunk at start. Before car went through the wash. This company handed me a a business card with Tyrone Coleman's name on it to follow up and I was told I would hear back from the company in two days or so. I tried calling all numbers provided and spend quite a bit of time on the phone with someone from the company after calling quite a few times who simply said they would contact the manager and they didnt know why I hadnt received a call in over a week, then two weeks.
