I was a member, my car mirror broke off during wash. **************** handling of this matter has been unprofessional. No one in location answers phone. Waited over and hour to speak with 800 number- manager called a week after complaint. Went back to provide receipt of new mirror. This is a very unethical business. I paid for an H333735373**736353139H membership for a few months and when I canceled it they sent me a cancelation confirmation so I thought all was good. But I kept seeing a $29.99 charge on my bank account for MCW#**, but it took me a while to ****** it. And come to find out, it was H31393532333******732H still charging my account every month for 6 months after the cancelation. They refused to give me more than 3 months' refund. Watch your credit card charges. Was over charged over ******, when questioned I was told no refunds. What a RIP OFF.
Car guys BEWARE! I've been to this location every week for the past year(if not more), have had 3 cars signed up for the membership when it was Clean Machine Car Wash never have I gotten a problem with wheels being scratched going through. Been there once since they've changed to Mister Car Wash, not sure what they've changed within the process but they've scratched up all four wheels on the car. Needless to say I am highly disappointed and withdrawing my membership from this carwash.
Took my new car in for a wash at the Mister Car Wash ********* location and they scratched the heck out of my car. There was not a **** on the finish before I took it there, not so much when I left. I filled a claim and they told me that they had a video of the car with the scratches before it entered the wash. I asked to view the video and they told me that they were not allowed to show me the video. Such a scam.
Suffered $5277.17 damage at River Rd. Mister car wash in ****** July 5th. Issue remains unresolved even after formal professional repair estimates and photos were provided to Mister Car wash on July 6, 2022, along with several voice messages, emails ,phone calls. All well documented.. one step away from filing formal law suit for damages PLUS. STILL awaiting their FINAL DECISSION, Inconclusive as of this date and time. Much more to this story ALL well documented.
Horrible service. They charge your card multiple times with out authorization
Very rude employees. They are more interested in talking with each other than doing their job. I would not recommend this business.
