I purchased a frequent car wash sticker for $49.95. After month we decided it wasnt worth it as we rarely were using it. I took the sticker off the windshield and decided we would pay for each individual wash as needed. I found about 10 months later that we had been charged the fee every month. I called their HQ here in ******. They agreed to refund the last 3 months but I am out $300. The siding of my car was partially torn off and door scratched. The manager said that I was not being honest and that his machinery could never cause damage there. He refused to assume responsibility and refused to open a claim. I posted this on Nextdoor.com and received several reports of similar treatment to others. The history of recurrent damage to vehicles and the management refusing to assume any responsibility hardly seems legal. Do NOT GO THERE!!!

On 10 January my truck suffer damage, I went and talk to an employee who stated that is was their fault because of faulty equipment, to get an estimate of the part damage and they will make it right, well they wont fix my truck. I had the unlimited plan, cancel that. I spent more there than they would have spent on replacing my part. If you care about your vehicle and expect results if you suffer damage dont go there.

Vacumes are never open and have been closed up for four months they take my $19.99 every month on time .Now they have only have 4 open at time. ****** **********

This car wash is an absolute rip-off. I paid $40.00 to get my car washed - they ran it through a regular soft touch wash and then dried the outside. I live in ********* where the roads are often salted and sanded. Mister wash did not wash the car mats and they were covered by salt which is why I went to this outrageously expensive car wash. I spoke to the manager who told me that was an extra charge -my mats are rubber so they did not get vacuumed - they had nothing done to them. Worst customer service, last year in May they were supposed to put my contract on hold due to Covid, they still charged me and did not refund me, so i charged it back , fast forward 18 months , I had renewed my contract and was paying every month and out of the blue they cancelled my services. It took me 3 weeks to find out the reason, they wanted to charge me for the charge back. No customer service at all. Very deceptive tactics

I would not recommend this business. My car was damaged in their car wash and they said it wasnt their fault. I call BS! My passenger side mirror casing must have falling off all by itself

I took my car to the ********* ***** To ************ I had to revacuate my car because They didn't vacuum it I had to redo the interior because they did not clean the interior and the dashboard and I've got the premium
