DO NOT GIVE MISTER CASH WASH YOUR MONEY! DO NOT BUY FROM MISTER CAR WASH! They do not deserve the one star rating. I pay for 4 monthly accounts, both personal and for my business. My personal car is a small BMW that NEVER gets dried. As a result it always has water spots and soapy residue left on the car. This all started when they stopped hand drying the car. I have 3 paychecks from Mister. I only received one of them. Idk who works there and sends them out but I'm getting tired of waiting for now TWO MONTHS for my paychecks. I'm absolutely disgusted. I HAVE BILLS TO PAY AND HAVE TO PUT GAS IN MY CAR SO I CAN GO TO MY NEW JOB. I don't know what their reason is for withholding my paychecks for such an unnecessarily long time.
This business put one of their car washes directly behind a residential neighborhood. They operate 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. The car wash emits a loud high pitched sound that begins at 6:40 am every morning and thus violates the noise ordinance of the City of Albuquerque. After seeing these other reviews arguing that they also don't do a good job washing cars I think Mister Car Wash needs to seriously look into how they are operating as a business. Please do not support them. Take your car somewhere else!
Norman at Bassett Ave, Decatur location is the best at his job! He is enthusiastic and always smiling. I love him! He is an asset to your company.
They didn't clean my truck very well, in or out. The cost was outragest for the service received. They didn't clean the rear windows or the front windshield. They forgot to vaccuum the front passenger side. They sprayed something on the rear door panels and missed wiping it off leaving white spots on the panels. The tire shine is hit or miss.
