I went here yesterday for the first time and it will be the last time. After getting the $5 wash (which I've always gotten at other places and my car got plenty clean), it literally looked like I had not even gotten my car washed! None of the bugs came off the hood or windshield, there were soap stains on the trunk, and the air blower did not dry off my windshield AT ALL. For the second car wash in a row I pay for the gold and still have a dashboard and doors that haven't been wiped down. Apparently this is a difficult thing to accomplish. To top it off, my receipts that were neatly folded in my center console were thrown away. Safe to say I won't be coming back.
$5 car wash leaves tons of bug guts on the windshield. First guy told me they would be happy clean in again, but the next guy at the entrance told me that if I want bugs off in the future I need to purchase the $10-15 washes. EXCUSE ME? Since when do I need to pay more money just to get a clean car? Oh! And the dryers don't work worth a crap.
Went there today and purchased the package that includes using air to blow out the car because I transport allot of dogs and wanted help getting the dog hair out. They didn't blow it out it vacuum my back seats which is really the main reason why I brought it. Never again will I go back. Their competition does a much better job.
Their professional courteous and the carwashes are wonderful they do a great job
Poor service. Dropped off my car to get detailed. They never called to say it was done. They left the key in the unlocked car when they closed early. Was told by management that they could do nothing about the poor service I received.
I used to think Waterworks was spot on, but my last few visits have been disappointing. I go a few times a year to do the inside & out clean. Today there was a long wait to pay and then i noticed a number of things not done well in the car ( stuff still on floor, front dash not wiped, cup holders dirty, inside running boards had footprints that were most likely from the employees) . Getting my car ready to sell and Waterworks made it showroom ready with their Gold Wash. great deal, fast service, beautifully clean
Really glad I spent $30 for them to not even vacuum my back seat, leave crumbs everywhere, and not attempt to actually do a good job, I'm not impressed at all. This place has gone downhill in quality since the day it has opened, wouldn't recommend anyone go there. Also side note: you should make sure SOMEONE on your staff can drive a stick shift car!
