We paid $30 for a car wash and was told they would not wipe around the gas cap cover as it would ruin their towel‼️‼️ They wipe this area every time we go there. Mister Car Wash you lost a repeat customer today over a towel‼️‼️
waiting there for 20 mins till one of the girls out there that charge finishes talking to another person in a vehicle in the morning about 11:30am 5 cars left then still has the urge to say to hold on. wtf you call manager nobody answers never again
Will not be returning! Paid for the top package and was told door jams would be wiped, cup holders vacuumed, floor board as you step into the truck, and seats wiped off. None of that was done! I could of gone to a self wash place and done the same job for a quarter the price. When I mentioned it to one of the workers he stated they don’t do those items even though the worker at the front of the line stated it he’s done. There is still dust and hair all over my truck and my console and seats are still dirty. Waste of my money... read more
RecommendedI needed a quick clean and I tell you the guys and ladies here cleaned it better than I ever would. Door jambs and climbed in the back of the SUV to clean the pup nose marks off the inside. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

I’ve been through Mister Car Wash in Brandon a hundred times with my ladders strapped in the bottom of the bed and cones in the bed too. They never move. Never. They just made me unload everything. New policy. I knew loose things weren’t allowed, but this is ridiculous. Last time here for me...

I don’t usually go to a car wash. But I had some gift cards and it was a beautiful sunny afternoon and my car needed cleaning in and out. The outside looked great. The inside not so much. For the price I thought you would do a better job. Granted I wasn’t paying for a detail job but I was not at all impressed with the interior when I got my car back. The vacuuming could have been better and the wipe down did not include all surfaces. Sorry I will not be to quick to recommend you.
Paid $20 for a platinum wash and might have gotten the basic wash, there was still bugs on the front bumper and the tailgate looked like It didn’t get a drop of water on it. Every time it gets worse
