I have used Waterworks since they opened, standards have dropped so much I need to find a new wash!!! I have taken both of our cars there in the last week, terrible .......
Used to be really good- but the past few times I have had my car washed there I have left with only a partially clean car (using both type's of washes). In fact, the last time I was there it was so bad I finally decided to contact them, which I tried twice, with no return contact. Apparently they don't want to see the pictures I took of the dirt still all over my car with brush marks thru it. :/
Never had a bad wash! Very impressed with the level of service!
