This trip in was very disappointing, took away free water while you wait, and I had to send my car back, so after a couple of times, I gave up and left! Dash was not even wiped down. I am told new owners.
Not sure what's going lately, but my recommendation to Waterworks is to reevaluate how their services are being executed. I went there last night and I had to have them back my car up three times to do the job right. The lady next to me did it twice. I wouldn't have said anything for the lowest priced interior, but I paid for the Gold package. Marks still on windows, way too much dog hair in the back seat, and they didn't even wipe the dashboard. I got a full detail the showtime or what ever they call it, I was so excited to get my car back I was thinking of how clean the inside of my car will be. I jump in it shady work still dirt in spots that where so easy to get to, i ended up going to Meijer and getting cleaning wipes and do it myself. Absolutely sucked never again
New ownership sucks. Will not honor what is posted on their website. Promice 59min for the Showtime wash. And if they take longer a coupon for a discount if you have to wait longer. Well when I got there their promice was 2 hours and no coupon. I'll be going to their competitor.
Well I got stuck in the wash because your machine broke. Paid for a deluxe wash and I got a 20 minute rinse and also caused me to be late to an appointment. I wasn't even given an apology. 12:30pm on June 9 2017
Went there yesterday, been there before, always great, no golf cart to take anyone for lunch, I wanted to get the detail job, told 4 hours, fine, got the 30 dollar deal, went to pick up my car, scratch on the door, the "general " manager said he would get one of the kids to try rub it out, and he said, how do we know it happened here, a kid with a buffing wheel on my Cadillac, not happening
Just spent $15 for exterior only - terrible wash. Bugs still on front, dirt on back. I suggest you find a place where they manually brush the car before it goes through the wash.
So bad after 'wash & interior clean', I took pictures...& am not one to complain. Tried to send an email & call, but email address came back as nonexistent, no answer to phone calls & low and behold, no voice mail option available. They've done a decent job in the past when manager or owner are there to assure that happens. The young man I tried to talk to that day said, "when the dirt has been there a while, it sticks," and walked away mid-conversation. This place is well worth driving past, not through.
