They suck.gave my weather tech mats to someone else .And made me beg for new ones...
Even after having new brushes in their wash system still a shoddy wash and I had an employee tell me the reason why the vacuuming wasn't that great was because their vacuum system was acting up and that his management won't fix it they backed it in and vacuumed again not to mention my Dash is still Dusty my windows have handprints my mirrors are still dirty dirt in the wheel wells all in all very displeased for $30
Wish i would of read all the reviews before i went and paid 31.00 for a shitty car wash!!!! Never again.

I wanted to give you the opportunity to fix my concerns before sharing with others, but there doesn't seem to be a way to reach you other than driving back across town. I paid $26 and my dashboard and console weren't cleaned and my trash wasn't thrown out, I'm not sure what I just paid for? Message me if you're interested in discussing.
4.99 car wash and my truck is still coved in mud. Do they even use water here?
Awful! I paid for the most expensive detail they do there. Well I have a yukon xl and you would think that the glass on the hatch would be a no brainer to open and wipe down nope when I got there to pick it up it wasn't even done I sat there for 35 mins while they did it. Door seals where not wiped down either. Also old food and crap still under seats. One would also think wth larger suv that you would lift the third row seats and vacuum under those also but nope!!! Went to Waterworks today for a detail to clean up what another detail place in town thought was their idea of a good job. It turned out great!! Restored my faith that customer service still matters!! Thanks Waterworks!!
