I have had 2 different cars detailed here a few times each. I am amazed at how clean they are. The staff is always friendly and courteous!
I guess it's kind of a mixed bag review wise, but I was super nervous as I sat waiting in the long interior detail line. I wondered, how could a place be SO busy if it's supposedly worthy of many 1 star reviews? I felt like I needed to post because my experience was fabulous from start to finish. My car was cleaned perfectly and the service was exceptional. I'd say I'm a pretty picky person, and I couldn't find one thing wrong with the service I received for the price I paid.
Used to be a great wash for a reasonable price, now it doesn't even get your car clean, LOL. We have a very easy vehicle shape to clean (VW Toureg) and 1/2 the back end is still dirty every time, mirrors are dirty every time and wheels barely get touched.
If I could give zero stars I would! Went there yesterday paid 15 bucks for a car wash no vacuums for their customers, after leaving I turned my wipers on (do to rain) and idk what was smeared all over my windshield but I couldn't even see out of it. AVOID THIS PLACE I use to hate south land auto but now it looks like a great place compared to this place what a joke. My 3 year old could wash a car better than this place.
Attendant only sprayed one side of my car on the way in, and the blowers did not dry my car - water spots everywhere! Will not go back.
Used to be a really good place, now it's only a "ok" job. Too many new people, not getting trained well at all. Lots of dirt left and I don't have time to run up there for the "3 day wash guarantee". I work too late, and I live in Byron Center. Need to find a closer/better place to take my vehicle.
Awful wash- car left soapy and still dirty. Don't waste your money here! Better wash down the street attached to the marathon gas station at 3 Mile and the beltline.
Not happy at all. Spent $21.99 to not even have the dash and console wiped down. Lousy vacuum job to boot. Had to ask the guy to wipe the dirt off the doors before I left. VERY disappointed.
