Heart rate monitor went missing after my visit. Had come from the gym to the car wash, so there weren’t any stops in between. This was my first and now last time at Mister Car Wash. And I just returned home from two weeks of caretaking for a family emergency, so having something stolen from my car burns a little extra today. I’m disappointed and upset.

Long time unlimited monthly member for 2 vehicles (paying $80 a month). Over the course of the years I’ve noticed the service and quality go down, while the pricing go up. Today as an example I went to wash one of my cars, and paid the $10.00 interior cleaning up charge. When I went to get in the car after they “cleaned” the interior I noticed my all weather floor mats looked as if they were not even touched. Doesn’t look like they touched the inside, except to break my husbands pool stick , one solid piece of wood was fine when he went in, not when he left.. don’t touch personal belongings..
RecommendedGreat car wash. Although, need to put towels back out.Tunnel does not do a good job drying. Gainesville Georgia location.
Just went thru the car wash this morning. Paid $34.00 and it doesn’t even look like they touched the inside . Never going back and I don’t recommend them
