Waited 45 minutes stuck with someone behind me, not busy. Under new management. �
I drove specifically out today to get my van washed. I checked the internet for their times and it said 10-5 on Sundays. When I arrived it was closed. 5 other cars were there turning around and leaving due to the same reason. Their sign out front says Sundays 10-5. Very disappointed that I drove there specifically for a car wash and this place FAILED!
Took my car in yesterday and let me tell ya I was not impressed with the customer service or how my car looked. I paid for the gold wash and even told the lady working the front that I would pay extra to have them spend some more time on the inside rather then waste time on the outside. After about 30 minutes I returned and my car was still loaded with dirt and leaves. It looked like they just half did everything and called it good. If I could post pictures with this review I would. I took my car to Waterworks twice and got the Show Time option both times. It's like my annual splurge on my car. The first time, they did a fantastic job - my car looked brand new. I could tell that the detailers got into all the nooks and crannies. BUT today .... Shame on me for not taking a closer look before driving away. They don't wash ur back window. Even even though it's included in silver Plus you have to request the back window be washed. They hose rubber mats and put them back in ur car wet! All for $22! Nope. Not for me.
Had my vehicle detailed today with the Showtime package. It turned out great! Thank you!
Extremely slow service. There was obviously not enough staff on. 5 cars ahead of me in the full service line and I waited nearly 40 minutes to just pull in. Don't come here if you're in a hurry.
I had to send my car back a second time to be cleaned properly. When you pay $100.00 with a tip they should make sure it's done right not me. It's nice now.... but after me having to be the complaining customer which no one wants to be. #aLittleDisappointed
