Had one of vehicles deatailed and the Water works car wash @ Knapp Corners did a very nice job.
Worst car wash ever. I would have been better off doing it myself. Even though $5 is cheap, I should expect cheap results. But no worries, I will just go to the Auto Spa on Michigan and Fuller. Much better.
$3.99 wash, over $200 in repairs with no call back or acknowledgment from management. As for the wash... My car was still dirty. I'd definitely recommend any other place around town.

Worst service ever today. They had to redo the whole car. We have taken both our vehicles here for several years. Today was terrible. Brand new car and they put scratches on the inside of the back of the car. Denied that they did it!! I purchased the Gold wash inside and out and the car is new, so it wasn't even that dirty inside. Looked like they never touched the counsel and only half vacuumed and put the washed mats in so sopping wet and water was dripping off them. I am most angry about the scratches. Went for the first time today and received the gold package. They did an above and beyond job, best detail job I've seen for the price! Great service and in a pretty reasonable time! I will be back!
