Received an ad and decided to check into Doug s company. I found his reviews were stellar, touting his excellent customer service.That was not at all my experience. All told I had called Doug and he had set 3 different appts with me. Doug no-showed on all 3 appts that he set-up and he never bothered to call. I took time from work for each appt.
