Went in for a brake safety recall...they broke a piece inside of my car and did not fix the safety recall. I've called, emailed, went by...a year later, I still have nothing--no fixed car, no response. VERY much past angry.
Horrible customer service! 2 days and no call about my car. Had to call myself to get a status update and then they say we will call you back. Still no status!

I have been waiting at Milton Reuben for over two hours to get my oil changed. I had a scheduled appointment, arrived on time, and had to wait for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged although 3 technicians looked directly at me pulling up and sitting in my car. Then when I was acknowledged it was in an impatient manner, without any greeting as though I was inconveniencing them. The staff is very nice however we told them if they couldn't get us in a reasonable budget up front to please let us know then after getting us in and wasting 3 hours plus of our time they come up with a payment over 100 more than what we said we could afford in the first place. Ran or credit to hell with hard inquiries "trying" to get is approved knowing they couldn't get the price down. Im not a fan and won't be going back.
