Still here waiting impatiently for 3 hours. This place is the slowest yet. Made an appointment for 840 and got here before then. It is now 11:11. Nothing. I will be sure to let everyone know how much this place sucks! I think they have people make appointments for their entertainment. Certified my ass. I don't even want to give one star.
The sales people are great, the service department is terrible. Worst customer service. Wait 2 hours just for an oil change, even with an appointment. They are free now, but I will be paying someone else to service my truck. This is my third time here and the same everytime.
Shannon at the desk was rude and should never be employed in customer service. All the other people were great. I did have to wait two hours for my oil change but I'm not complaining about that. Would have given a 5 but Shannon was very nasty. Ugh
I LOVE my new Camaro! My sales person, Phillip Moore was great! We were in and out in 3 hours start to finish! I drove an hour to go there, but glad I did. Wonderful experience!
Had an appt set to have my oil changed today @ 1245. I sent my 16 Cruze with my grandfather so he could take it to get serviced, since my son is sick. He got to the dealer ship at 12 hoping they could get it taken care of sooner so I could have my car back. Well, it's 230 and he's still there. I think if you have a set appt then they should have your car taken care of at that said time. Not hours later. Next time I'll be sure to go else where to have my oil changed.
Phillip Moore was the best!! I couldn't ask for a better salesperson!!!
Horrible horrible service how much two hour wait just to get oil change wish we could go somewhere else
