We just picked up our new Suburban yesterday and were very pleased with the customer service we received from Phillip and Taylor. The new 2017 is quite different than our old 2004 Suburban. Thank you for explaining all of the features that the new Suburban has to offer.

Don't ever purchase a car from them... they're not honest at all.. they over price and the sells men will say anything to get u in that car.. It's up to you to believe them but here's the thing the number they tell you isn't the number you'll end up with..a lot of extra hidden fees.. And not very helpful if u come back... wait one guy was very helpful. . chick fillet should host a customer service seminar for them. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
If your looking for a new car ask for Rob Cohen! He was great! Took the time to show us several different cars and answered all my questions! And even two days after my purchase took the time to help me resolve issue with navigation! Couldn't ask for better customer service! Thank You! Loving my new car!
Worst car service ever. Came in for a simple maintenance - oil change and tire rotation. Left with a car impossible to drive - car goes to the left by itself, shakes more than an earthquake. They blame my tires now. Didn't have trouble before your hands in my car!

Don't believe any price you get from these guys!! I have it in writing on a buyers order and then they decide that they made a mistake!! Then if that is not enough call and lie to me. Come on!! Call and tell me that you sold the vehicle the day before!! I know you guys have a computer system and I know stuff gets marked as sold. Whatever you do think twice before buying from these people!!
Marcus Brooks was very helpful and got me a great deal on a 2017 Malibu. I enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly staff at this location.
