We just bought a new 2017 Silverado pick up. We have been working with Michael Johnston over a period of 2-3 weeks. We finally reached an agreement on numbers and Michael got it right. My vehicle had a leak that I discovered two days ago. I contacted my salesperson (Jeff Crocker) who contacted service to get the repair expedited(due to the numerous days of rain). My salesperson met me at customer service and personally gave me a ride back to work while the repairs were being made. Outstanding customer service. Great salesperson. He Didn't just sell a car and disappear. He ensured my problem was fixed and that I was satisfied with the quality of the service.
