We recently bought a truck from Phillip. Customer service was excellent and communication was great! We added different tires as well as a leveling kit to the truck and were in a time crunch and they made sure to get everything done quickly and efficiently. I went into the dealership not really expecting to walk out with a brand new car. My sales guy Mark Wilson was fantastic. I knew that I wanted the the 2017 Cruze but was pretty picky about the packages I wanted. I didn't think I was going to be able to get everything I wanted and still stay in my budget. Great experience! Highly recommend asking for Catherine if you're looking for a relaxed and informed sales person. I never felt pressured and didn't even have to haggle the price it was such a great deal. I've been hunting for a new car since April, and have walked out of many dealerships with a bad taste for the whole process. Milton Ruben will have a repeat customer in me if I ever have the $$ to purchase another car!
I just recently moved to the area and had to get some warranty work done. So I scheduled an appointment. As soon as I pulled up the service rep asked what I was doing there. So I proceeded to tell him that I had an appointment for warranty work. He then said we don't work on gmc's only Chevy. Then when I gave him the issue being fixed and part number, he said we don't have any parts before looking it up. Very poor customer service!! My parents were looking at a car early in the day. They talked about the price with a salesman and they told him to call them if the price drops. He called and told them the price of the car they wanted was in their range and to come back and sign some papers. When they arrived and started signing papers, the price on the paper was higher than they were told. When the manager arrived, he was yelling and called my parents cheap. Marcus Brooks was exceptional there's a lot I can say about him. He was very helpful and went beyond being a salesman. I been dealing with Milton Ruben for years and I have no complaints about their service I would recommend anyone.
This is the 7th car in 5 years that we have bought from Mark Wilson. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else or dealing with anyone but Mark. He has ALWAYS given us excellent service.
