My salesman " Zack Johns" was the first salesman to approach when I went looking for me a gas sipper (car that gets good gas mileage). Zack wasn't a pushy salesman at all. When I told Zack I wasnt interested in the features of the car and just need a gas saver, he showed me what I was looking for and saved the feature explaining for last(after i bought the car). Lol. Worst service I ever had, made the mistake of going back a second time. I will never step foot in their facility again.
Had an amazing salesman, Phillip Moore! Went in looking for a reliable car for my dad! He was able to get me a brand new car at a better price than I ever expected! For that I will be a repeat costumer at Milton Ruben!
Didn't think getting financing on a new car would be as easy as it turned out to be working with Marcus Brooks. Never ever owned a new car and honestly thought it would never happen, well that changed a few weeks ago.
2nd time I have been here for a service and spent over 4 hours here, and still counting!!!!You guys are killing me. I’m still stuck here and it’s for a oil change and some kind of gas valve. Why do I always get the slow mechanic. I’ve already asked what’s the deal. Thinking I’d be better at another dealership
My wife and I highly recommend Michael Johnston---without a question he saw to it that our car-buying experience with our daughter was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. He was patient and attentive, asked us questions that really saved us from headaches down the road, and his follow-up after the sale was spot on and truly made us feel that our daughter's new car mattered.
