This dealership has the best service manager in Augusta!!! He goes the extra mile to provide excellent service.
Have 2012 jeep patriot have had the roof liner fixed twice car starts leaking for a third time have been trying for a week to get a supervisor to call me back about getting it fixed again can't even get them to return my phone calls. This is not the first time that they have refused to call me back with issues with this car.

Bought a brand new Sonic, I have had it less than 30 days, it has less than 1500 miles on it(I haven't even paid the sales tax) and the transmission is BAD?!! Its a brand new car?! How is the transmission bad?!Are they bending over backwards to fix it?! Nope. This is my 1st new car and now that it's ours they keep putting us on the back burner. I am so disappointed with the service I received today. I took my car in for scheduled appt and had already explained my issue. Well, I was told they would check it out and call me. Not only did I not get a call I called myself and was told Diana would call back. At 525 I had not heard so I walked over a mile to the dealership and the car was ready but they found no issues.
